Porta Web Albums:

Porta web albums have a modern, clean uncluttered look and are quickly generated using the porta free software.  The download was around 600kb and the interface was easy to manage.  Anyone with css skills can change the appearance of the web album to suit.

Examples:  Porta web albums can be viewed as html pages or in simpleviewer. A further example I have created can be seen at:  viewable as html - around 3 megabytes in total size my album has over 70 images which porta has compressed to around 50kb per image.
